Abstract

Wheels are an important component for every vehicle that cannot be separated from tires. Wheels function in a vehicle's suspension system that supports static loads and dynamic loads in a vehicle. The research covers the standards used, simulation modeling, and loading. This test refers to the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) J 328 standard. After conducting a simulation, the stress, strain and fatigue life values of the three wheel models are obtained. stress, strain and fatigue life, it can be said that the model 1 wheel design is better than the model 2 and 3 wheel designs because the model 1 wheel design has a large fatigue life value and a smaller stress and strain value.
