ABSTRACT
Forgery of certificate data is now prevalent at school, corporate,
government, and university levels. The modes in which they are run are also very
different and should bring personal benefit. Data documents are commonly used to
store written data that can easily be sent directly to the intended customer.
PT. Delta Indonesia Laboratory has a customer data theft problem because
they don't want their employees to repeat the same incident. I also want to create a
system and have a QR code to make the data entry process more effective and
efficient. The methodology used is the spiral model, which corresponds to the flow
of research conducted. Because many of the necessary functions are built into the
system and you no longer have to enter them manually. So, P.T. Delta Indonesia
Laboratory would like to create a system to make automatic e-certificates and QR
codes on e-certificate sheets and data entry faster.
