ABSTRACT
Development planning in Indonesia involves both the government and the
community, including the empowerment of MSMEs. MSMEs have an important
contribution to the economy, especially the food sector. However, food MSME players often
face obstacles in implementing appropriate standardization. To increase awareness and
understanding, easily accessible information media is needed, such as infographic videos.
This research aims to design an infographic video using motion graphic techniques that
measures the effectiveness and compares the understanding of SNI implementation
assistance through infographic videos in increasing the level of SNI implementation by
food MSMEs that have not implemented SNI with the types of processed food, snack and
beverage MSMEs. The method used in this research is descrpitive quantitative, with data
collection in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that
the average percentage score from the two media experts was 84.4%, and from the
respondents of food MSME owner, the success rate of this implementation was in the range
of 68% to 100%.
