Information technology that is currently developing can be used to improve
the performance of a company. One example is web-based information technology
used for processing inventory data. In this study, a web-based inventory
information system was developed for Talenta Store employees.
The purpose of this study is to produce a product in the form of a web-based
application using the PHP programming language and the Code lgniter
framework. This study was designed using the FIFO (First In First Out) method
for stock management. System development using the waterfall method and
MYSQL database. The design includes Flowcharts, Use Case Diagrams, Activity
Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD).
Application testing uses Black box testing methods. Functionally it has been
declared successful. And based on the test results using the User Acceptance Test
(UAT) a score of 93% has been obtained which is categorized as "Very Strong".
