Abstract
Usually, job seekers are burdened with the cost of printing resumes that
must be done multiple times to apply for each job and incur additional expenses to
travel to interview locations. As a result, candidates need to spend more money.
Unused resumes can get lost, leading to leaks of candidates' personal information,
and the lack of integration in recruitment processes and workforce planning can
negatively impact the sustainability and efficiency ofthe organization. The Extreme
Programming (XP) methodology is used for this project, which emphasizes rapid
iteration and flexibility to accommodate changes. The use of the latest
programming technologies such as Visual Studio Code, Laragon, Laravel 9, and
MySQL ensures the implementation of functionality that remains reliable and
efficient. The use of Unified Modelling Language (UML) is very helpful in the
system design process, with a particular emphasis on use case diagrams. For
efficient data collection, the research methodology uses a quantitative approach that
employs questionnaires. To ensure that the software is accurate and of good quality,
this research emphasizes the importance of the testing phase during the
development process. Based on the research findings, this system was successfully
implemented, in line with the project's goal of improving recruitment and planning
efficiency. In general, this project makes a significant contribution to the
improvement of recruitment procedures through digitalization and effective system
design.
