Abstract

Productive culture is a habit that can make the organization more resilient and organizational goals can be facilitated. In government/public organizations in Indonesia, the performance of government organizations is very important in order to produce good governance and clean governance. Based on the general public's view, one ofthe biggest obstacles to current government organizations is carrying out their performance effectively and efficiently because so far government institutions have been identified with slow, complicated, convoluted, and full of corruption, collusion and nepotism.
Based on the results of research on variable X, namely organizational culture, it is known that the answers of respondents who judged the 3 dimensions described
in 6 indicators, the average respondent stated good as many as 4 indicators with
an average value of 47.9% and those who stated not good were 2 indicators with
the average value of 67% then the results of research on variable Y, namely
performance, it is known that the answers of respondents who assess the 3
dimensions described in 9 indicators, on average, respondents say 7 indicators
are good with an average value of 46.8% and those who say no good as much as
1 indicator with a value of 47%.
To improve the performance of employees, the apparatus must have a good
organizational culture to be able to support each other. Because the performance
is still considered sufficient, which means that it needs improvement in terms of
increasing employee performance which includes a very good organizational
culture and other factors must also be considered to achieve better performance
results for employees and organizations.
