Abstract
The work discipline PT. Armoxindo Kabupaten Cianjur has increased employee leave thatexceeded six days a year. The increased in 2019 was 83,25%. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance PT. Armoxindo di kabupaten Cianjur 2022 The sampling technique used in this study was the Probability Sampling technique with the Slovin formula, so that the number of samples in this study amounted to 70 people with a population of 231 people. The data used are primary data, namely in the form of a questionnaire. The instrument test carried out in this study was a validity test and a reliability test involving 70 officials from PT. Armoxindo Kabupaten Cianjur, and the data analysis test used in testing the hypothesis in this study used correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and regression analysis. The correlation value of the effect of work discipline (X) on performance (Y) is 0.818, this correlation value is between 0.80-0.599 which means that it has a strong relationship, the result of the coefficient of determination or R is 0,67%, which means that the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on performance is equal to 0,67% and the remaining 33% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, and the regression analysis value Y = -1432 +1.366 X which means that if the work discipline increases by 1 point, the performance increases by 1.366 assuming the constant value is at -1432..
