Abstract
This research is entitled the effect of work discipline on employee performance in the Sukabumi City Manpower Service. Organizations are complex units that seek to fully allocate resources for the attainment of goals. If an organization is able to achieve the goals that have been set, it can be said that the organization is effective.on of the goals of the organization is to improve employee perfromance.
The formulation of the research problem is (1) How is work discipline at the Sukabumi City Manpower Service (2) How is the performance of employees at the Sukabumi City Manpower Service (3) How does work discipline affect employee perfromance in the Sukabumi City Manpower Service. This research aims to (1) to determine work discipline in the manpower office of Sukabumi City (2) To determine the performane of employees at the Manpower of Sukabumi City (3) To determine the direction of work dumplins on empoyees performane at the manpower of Sukabumi City.
The research method used is descriptive analysis reseach method whit data collection techniques through field studies which include distributing questionnaries. The results of the assessment that the author did show that there is a strong level of relationship betwen work discipline on employee performance.based on the results of the analysis and conclusions the authors propose the following suggestion: good work discipline should be maintained and improved by adding new ways that can improve performane.
