Abstract
A professional teacher is if his job can guarantee the life of the teacher. The income of a professional teacher is largely determined by his achievements at work. Teachers will get adequate rewards if they are professional, on the contrary if the teacher's performance is not satisfactory, they do not deserve adequate rewards. The cause of the less than optimal teacher performance can not be separated from the heavy duty of a teacher. With this heavy burden, teachers should get many things that can raise their enthusiasm for work, among others, by providing wages that can meet their needs and giving awards for their participation.
From the results of interviews that the author conducted with the principal, information was obtained that teachers were reluctant to attend training and seminars if they were not provided with transportation, lodging, and meal allowances during the training. On the other hand, the performance of teachers at Al-Madani Vocational School is increasingly required to work more professionally, although it is undeniable that there are still some teachers who are enthusiastic about participating in training, seminars, and even to continue their education other than that related to teacher activities during the pandemic, such as teachers in delivering the material is not in accordance with the RPS (Semesters Learning Plan) made, online attendance, delivery of material without it (Semesters Learning Plan)
