Electrical energy used by the public generally uses low voltage distribution with the classification of 1 phase electricity and 3 phase electricity. The electricity supply used sometimes experiences problems, such as power outages from PLN or power outages caused by malfunctions of the electrical equipment used. This research aims to notify electricity outages and monitor electrical panels, using quantitative methods with an experimental type. The test results of this tool were implemented on the Jakarta Global University lighting electrical panel and the voltage sensor read the voltage on the monitoring and also the electrical display panel of <220 V then it would work if the voltage sensor did not read or V = 0 by sending a notification on telegram and changing the web monitoring status
