Abstract

Human life cannot be separated from buying and selling before making a purchase, someone will usually make a purchase decision in advance of a product. Purchasing decisions are individual activities that are directly involved in making decisions to make purchases of products offered by sellers, purchasing decisions made by consumers can occur when consumers have received services from the provision of services and after that consumers feel satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The concept of purchasing decisions cannot be separated from the concept of customer satisfaction.
The number of competitors who also enter the same market by offering similar products by offering the advantages of their respective products is a challenge that must be faced by the Honda brand motorcycle company. Based on preliminary observations, Honda motorbikes have a stronger level of loyalty than other brands of motorbikes, with the perception of Honda motorbikes from the past so that people have been suggested to buy only Honda motorbikes compared to other brands. Many reasons people use Honda motorbikes, one of which is the experience factor, with the experience of the closest person being communicated to buy products from the same brand. After the author made sure the public liked the Honda brand motorbike because the product design was more elegant than other products, but some people also liked the products of competing brands such as Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and others, people liked these brand products because they had a more sporty style. and also the speed of the motorbike that is faster than Honda
