Abstract
Consumer satisfaction is the level of a person's feelings after comparing the performance of the product he feels with his expectations. Consumer satisfaction or dissatisfaction is a response to evaluating the perceived mismatch or disconfirmation between previous expectations and the actual perceived
performance of the product after use. This study aims to see how a person's
satisfaction in using a product and service is seen from the quality of service offered. This study examined the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at a beauty clinic. The results showed that service quality has a close relationship with
patient satisfaction, furthermore, service quality has a significant positive effect on
patient satisfaction. This indicates that if the quality of service increases, patient
satisfaction will also increase.
