The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the partial influence of leadership and motivation on teacher performance and to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of leadership and motivation on teacher performance at SMK Al-Madani Jampangkulon. - Madani Jampangkulon. The population is all teachers in SMK Al-Madani Jampangkulon, which are 30 people. For research sampling, researchers used the technique of Non Probability Sampling. If the subject is less than 100, it is better to take all of them so that the research is a population study or is called a census. Thus, the number of respondents studied remains as much as the total population, namely 30 people.
