Abstract
Organizational culture is a system of spreading beliefs and values that develop in an organization and directs the behavior of its members. Employee performance is a result of a person's work for the tasks assigned to him. This study aims to see how employee performance is seen from the influence of the organizational culture of the company concerned. This study examines the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in a manufacturing company. The results showed that organizational culture has a close relationship with employee performance, furthermore organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This indicates that if the organizational
culture is getting better, the employee's performance will also increase.
