Abstract

Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) is a non-ministerial government institution that is under and responsible to the President and led by the Head. (In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 63 of 2013). The National Land Agency has the task of carrying out governmental duties in the land sector nationally, regionally and sectorally in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. Based on the results of observations and preliminary research conducted by the author on employees in the Agrarian and Spatial Planning/ National Land Agency of Sukabumi Regency, the phenomena associated with the problem of low work productivity.

Based on the results of research on variable amely organizational culture, it can be seen that the answers of respondents who assessed the 5 dimensions described in 12 indicators mean that Il respondents stated good with an average value of 50.71% and 1 stated that they were not good, indicators with an average value of 38.60% and the results of research on variable Y. namely work productivity, it can be seen that the answers of respondents who assess the 2 dimensions are described in 5 indicators, the average respondent states that are good as many as 4 indicators with an average value of 53,07% and those who stated that they were not good were 1 indicator with an average value of 59.60% Organizational culture factors have a significant and positive effect on work productivity. Therefore, it must be able to really take advantage of all the potential that is owned to be able to fulfill employee work productivity and improve the existing organizational culture to be even better.
