Abstract

AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) is a controller-based robot developed to make it easier for humans to transport goods from one location to another. In this research, the tools and materials used include Esp32 microcontroller, photodiode sensor, ultrasonic sensor, motor controller, DC motor, radio frequency identification (RFID) and push buttons. And the experiments performed in this study aim to determine the motion response of the active blur algorithm by reading the road position errors.
The goal of this research is to develop knowledge related to automated guided vehicles (AGVS) so that they can facilitate human work. The obtained inspection results will be compared with the manual inspection results, to compare the efficiency of goods delivery. When checking the accuracy of the ultrasonic sensor, if there is an object in front of the AGV, the test error result is 3%. And comparative
tests on the efficiency of sending goods with loads varying from 10 kg to 20 kg over a distance of 10 m showed an average time efficiency of 66%.
Key Words: Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), Trolley, material handling, time
