Abstract
Sources of Electrical Energy are all sources of energy, which are basic, needs needed by humans in carrying out their daily lives, in Indonesia there are several sources of fossil energy that are still used today such as; Coal, Petroleum, Gas and others. This fuel will become increasingly scarce if it is frequently used and there must be a second option by using renewable energy, in this case one of the renewable energies is Solar Power Plants (PLTS). To determine the effect of temperature, humidity, sunlight intensity and angle of inclination of the solar panel on the output power of the solar panel. Surface temperature affects the performance of solar panels, namely the greater the temperature, the lower the voltage and the current tends to be constant. An increase in air humidity (%) causes a decrease in the performance of solar panels such as voltage, current and power. The effect of solar intensity is obtained by changing the time so that the intensity varies and the surface temperature is relatively the same, humidity is obtained by varying the humidity in the solar cell space. The effect of the performance of solar panels is that the greater the intensity of the sun, the greater the current and the voltage tends to be constant. The data from the test results are then processed to find out the maximum electric power that can be generated by the SPKL generated.
The results showed that at an ambient temperature of 40.4 °C the greatest power capable of being generated was 146,10 watts, at a humidity of 35% RH the greatest power generated was 146,10 watts, at a solar intensity of 54610 lux with the greatest power capable of being generated was 146,10 watts, and at a solar panel tilt angle with a slope of -10° to the west with the greatest power capable of being generated was 146,10 watts. Based on these results, the performance of solar panels is influenced by temperature, humidity, solar intensity, tilt angle of solar panels, the greater the factors that affect it, the greater the power generated or vice versa, the smaller.
