Abstract
A Green House is often called a greenhouse, namely a place for cultivating several plants in the form of a building in which several variable parameters are regulated. The main function of a greenhouse is to protect the plants in the greenhouse from direct heat from the sun and rain. Another function is to protect the plants inside from pests and extreme weather. So that plants have optimal growth. So the plants in the greenhouse can be adjusted automatically to control the parameters of the plants. The problem formulation is how to design PLTS as a source of electricity and measure the resulting power and how to design watering and lighting using an automatic system. The aim of the research is to produce electricity with PLTS and measure the power produced and design tools for automatic watering and lighting with lights in a greenhouse sourced from electricity from PLTS. The Research and Development method was developed for this research by providing automatic watering and lighting in the greenhouse. Data collection techniques consist of conducting observations or testing to obtain data which will later be processed and research conclusions drawn. The research results of solar panel measurements obtained an average voltage value of 12.4 V and an average current value of 4.3 A in the time period from 08:00 to 16:00. The highest voltage value was 12.6 V and a current of 4.9 A at 14:00 and for battery measurements, an average voltage value of 12.5 V and an average current value of 4.2 A were obtained based on the data in table 4.2. The highest voltage value is 12.6 V and current 4.9 A at 14:00. The lights will turn on at night at 17:47 and will turn off in the morning at 06:05 which is regulated via the LDR. Then the pump will turn on at 10:00 and 17:00 for 10 minutes.
