The Covid-19 pandemic has global economic, social, and political implications, including in Indonesia.Particularly, the majority of Indonesia's economy, represented by MSMEs, requires special attention in facing this crisis.Digitalization emerges as an alternative solution for MSMEs to navigate these challenges. This research employs triangulation methods through structured and in-depth interviews, as well as observations of MSMEs and their technology adoption. Here, technology refers to the practical application of knowledge to achieve specific goals, like enhancing marketing. The outcomes of this initiative are anticipated to empower MSMEs to effectively leverage technology for marketing. Supporting factors include mobile phone availability for social media content creation, ledger books, non-cash payment posters, logos, and business cards. Adequate time for the target community is also crucial. This initiative is expected to create opportunities for MSMEs and communities to better utilize technology for marketing during the pandemic era.
