Leadership refers to the forces both inside and outside the organization that generate enthusiasm and persistence to take certain actions. Leadership affects productivity, and part of a person's job is to channel motivation toward achieving organizational goals. Performance is something that a person achieves in his work carrying out the work given to him. This study aims to see how the performance of
village officials when viewed from the influence of their leadership. This study observes the influence of leadership on the performance of the apparatus in regional organizations. The results showed that leadership has a close relationship with performance, then leadership has a significant effect on performance. This shows that the higher the leadership, the performance will also increase.
