Cisauk Point Apartment Building Planning according to SNI 2847-2019 that for areas with medium earthquake risk, special or medium moment resisting frame systems must be used, or ordinary or special concrete structural wall systems to bear the forces caused by the earthquake. Columns, beams and floor slabs must be properly designed to prevent collapse. This research methodology starts from a literature study and looks for structural data, calculations and loading in accordance with SNI 1726-2019 and structural analysis according to the structural model with ETABS software version 17.1.0, and the results of the program will be reviewed according to SNI 2847-2019. By producing the number of reinforcement columns, beams and floor slabs in the building.
