Academic information system is one of the very important platforms in the learning process. The Klas JGU website is the academic information system platform used in the teaching and learning activities by active students of Global Jakarta University. The use of the Klas JGU website must be supported by good usability so that users have a high level of satisfaction. Poor usability can make users less satisfied and unwilling to recommend the website. This study aims to determine and test the usability level of the Klas JGU website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. In this study, the respondents used were active students of Global Jakarta University from semesters 2 to 8 who use the Klas JGU website. The data used are primary data from 92 respondents with the analysis technique used being
quantitative analysis. The quantitative analysis was conducted on the data from the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire results presented in tabular form. The
collected data was then calculated using Microsoft Excel with the predetermined calculation formula in the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The result of the analysis in this study is that the Usability level of the Klas JGU website is still below the average SUS assessment, namely with a score of 59.7. The website can still be used but there needs to be further evaluation of the improvements and developments on the Klas JGU website.
