Macksons Mandiri Indonesia realizes the importance of having an online presence and has decided to develop a web-based online shop application using the Codeigniter 3 framework. This application is designed to provide an optimal shopping experience for Macksons Store customers. By utilizing the advantages of Codeigniter 3. application development is carried out efficiently and flexibly. The app includes features such as product management, shopping carts, payment processing, and order tracking. Through this case study, the author will investigate the Macksons Store online store application development process, focusing on implementing features that meet company and customer needs. In addition, the positive impact of the presence of this online shop on company performance and customer satisfaction levels will be analyzed.
