ABSTRACT

Jakarta Global University is a global university that emphasizes technology and has the JGU Class application. Even though the user interface (UI) design of the Eklas JGU application is quite good, it is necessary to evaluate aspects of the scale of system usability that are good and correct. Therefore, in the design there will definitely be a User Interface and researchers used the User Centered Design (UCD) method on the Eklas JGU website to redesign it into a mobile application. Because UCD focuses on users, the User Interface design process will involve users in every activity. Besides that, it also uses a modification of the Questionnaire method which succeeded in achieving the application design plan. The result of this research is a User Interface design which was created based on the steps in the UCD method and will be evaluated using the System Usability Scale to obtain results that meet user needs.
