This study focuses on the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MYP) for a futsal field booking website by applying the Lean Software Development (LSD) method. The main objective of this study is to improve efficiency and transparency in the booking process, while analyzing user experience so that the system developed is in accordance with their needs. The theoretical basis used includes the MVP concept, the LSD method, and website design principles, with references from previous studies to ensure that the designed system is more effective than conventional approaches. The research methodology involves identifying user needs, designing an MVP prototype, and LSD-based development iterations to optimize the system. Prototype testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess ease of use and user satisfaction. Data was collected through purposive sampling techniques and analyzed to ensure that the core features developed have met the main needs of users. The results of the study show that this approach is alle to produce digital solutions that are more efficient and relevant to market nemls
