This study aims to design and develop a web-based clinical information system to improve the operational efficiency of Klinik Murtafiah in Depok City. The research background arises from the clinic's need to overcome manual processes in patient registration, doctor scheduling, and medical data recording, which often result in long queues and administrative errors.

The system was developed using the Agile methodology, which enables iterative development and adaptation to user requirements. The research stages include problem identification, interviews, system design, implementation, and testing.

The evaluation was conducted using black-box testing to verify system functionality and usability testing using Nielsen's Heuristic Principles and a Likert scale to assess user satisfaction. The results show that the developed system allows patients to book consultations online, helps administrators manage doctors schedules efficiently, and improves data recording accuracy

Both functionality and usability tests indicate that the system operates properly and received positive feedback from the clinic owner and users. Therefore, this system can serve as an effective solution to support the operational efficiency of the clinic.
