This research aims to address operational challenges faced by many laundry businesses, including Raphi Laundry, which still rely on manual record-keeping, leading to inefficiencies and potential data errors. As a solution, a web-based laundry management information system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes speed, flexibility, and user involvement from the early stages. The research methodology includes stages of requirements planning, system design, construction, and cutover. The website was developed using Filament, Laravel framework, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL The results show that the system was successfully designed dal developed with key functionalities such as registration, login, service ordering, and data management by the admin. Functional testing using the Black-Box Testing method proved that all features operate correctly. Additionally, stability evaluation using Usability Heuristics indicated that the system meets good usability criteria, with an intuitive imerface and efficient workflow, making it user-friendly. Thus, this research successfully created on effective, easy-to-ane, and well-structured laundry magenese planforce to support hosimess operational digitalization.
