The use of shopee application as a research object because Shopee is most widely accessed by all circles where in 2021, according to the authors of the Shoppe Application will experience an obstacle if used simultaneously when holding
events such as big sale. The author wants to know what things need to be improved by the developer other than in terms of performance. This research aims
to measure the Relationship of System Performance Evaluation to Shoppe Applications using the PIECES Framework method which includes Performance,
Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency and service variables. This research uses quantitative method models and primary data, in the results of
the analysis of research data states that of the six variables owned by PIECES framework has an average of performance value (3.94), information and data value (4.02), economic value (3.76), control and security value (3.74), efficiency value (4.16), service value (3.81). It can be concluded that the application of the PIECES Framework method when viewed from data analysis can be stated Shopee Application System Performance is quite good in terms of Efficiency.
