Work ethic is an important variavle to always pay attention to because with a high work ethic it can indicate whether employee performance will increase or not. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the work ethic ccording to the perception of employees of the PAUD dikmas Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Sukabumi, to determine the performance of the PAUD dikmas Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Sukabumi, and determine the effect of work ethic the performance of the PAUD dikmas Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Sukabumi.
The data sources used in this study are primary data sources, namely, data colletionthas is carried out directly on the object under study, to obtain, answers from respondents using a closed sytem questionnaire, obsevation, interviews, documentation, and libarary studies.
