Abstract
Risma Aprilianti (163402037) the influence of competence on teacher performance at the Hikmatul Amien Islamic Education Foundation Sukabumi Regency, under the guidance of I Mr. Agustinus Pramudji, SE and II supervisors Mr. E. Zainal Abidin S. Kom., M.M.
One of the interesting problems to study from the implementation of education at the mikro level is teacher performance. Without the pulse of the active involvement of the teacher corps, any sophisticated educational policy reforms will end in vain. One of the quality of teacher performance is reflected in the learning achievements achieved by students. Not oftimal student learning achievement will result in graduates being less able to face the demands of the times which are often highlighted by the graduate community.
a phenomenon that occurs at the Hikmatul Amien Islamic Education Foundation Hikmatul Amien, Sukabumi Regency is about the low level of performance and lack of performance from teachers.
Based on phenomenon of the problems described above, the problem formulation taken by the author in this study is: how is the competence of teachers, how is teacher performance and how competence affects teacher performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods. Descriptive method is research conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons, or connecting with other variables. While the associative method is research that aims to determine the affect or relationship between two or more variables. This associative method is used to determine the effect of these two variables.
