Creativity is an important, basic and inseparable part of human life. Because thinking and acting creatively makes a person able to see various possibilities in solving problems, as well as being the key in improving the quality and standard of living of individuals, in general creativity is only defined as creativity or the ability to create new things, when in fact what is created by someone does not need new things at all, but is a combination (combination) of things that already exist before, creativity always involves a thought process within a person this activity is a mental process that is not visible to others and only perceived by the person involved, this activity is complex because it involves a number of cognitive abilities such as perception, attention, imaginary memory, reasoning, imagination, decision making and problem solving.
Performance or performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program of activities or policies in realizing the goals, objectives, vision, and mission of the organization as outlined through the strategic planning of an organization, performance can be known and measured if an individual or group of employees already has criteria or standards for success. Therefore, without the goals and targets set in the measurement, then the performance of a person or organizational performance may not be known if there is no benchmark for success, many factors can affect performance, including innovation and creativity.
