Abstract
Audit is a systematic, objective and documented examination and assessment of
organizational functions that are affected by HR management (Human
Resources). This study aims to determine the effect of Human Resources Audit on
performance in the Quality Control (QC) Division of PT Glostar Indonesia - B,
amounting to 85 people. The sampling technique in this study used the Non
Probability Sampling technique with the census method, so that the number of
samples in this study was the same as the total population of 85 people.
The data used are primary data, namely in the form of a questionnaire. The
instrument test used in this study was a validity test and a reliability test involving
85 employees of the Quality Control (QC) Division of PT Glostar Indonesia - B,
the data analysis test used in testing the hypothesis in this study using correlation
analysis, coefficient of determination and regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate a significant effect of human resource
management audit on the performance of employees of the Quality Control (QC)
division of PT Glostar Indonesia -B.
