This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing how much influence work discipline has on the performance of employees of the Traffic and Transportation Division of the Sukabumi City Transportation Service. The population of this study was all 33 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with the census method or saturated sampling, and the data used in this study were obtained through interviews, questionnaires, and annual reports from the Influence of work discipline on the performance of the Traffic and Transportation Division employees. Sukabumi City. And the results of the study show that work discipline has an effect on employee performance as shown by the correlation level of 674, meaning that the correlation value of the influence of work discipline on employee performance is 0.674> 0.5 which gives a strong correlation.
