Abstract
Training is a short-term educational process that uses a systematic and organized procedure in which non-managerial employees learn technical knowledge and skills for a limited purpose. Performance is the result of work that has been achieved by someone in an organization to achieve goals based on standardization of size and time that is adjusted to the norms and ethics that have been set.
This research was conducted at SMK Bina Mandiri Sukabumi, Sukabumi Regency, this institution is a educational institutional under the auspices of the Al Hikam Foundation. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and a clear picture of the effect of implementation of training on teacher performance at SMK Bina Mandiri Sukabumi, Sukabumi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine implementation of training on teacher performance, to determine teacher performance and to determine the effect of training on teacher performance at SMK Bina Mandiri Sukabumi, Sukabumi Regency. This research method uses descriptive and associative methods. This study uses primary data by using observation and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. The number of samples in this study were 34 respondents. To test the analysis in this study used instrument validity test, reliability test, then performed statistical analysis test for relationship and influence analysis used correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that the relationship between tranining and teacher performance has a strong relationship at SMK Bina Mandiri Sukabumi, Sukabumi Regency. The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of training on training performance is 59,99%%, while the remaining 40,01%% is influenced by variables not examined in this study, such as leadership, motivation, discipline, conventation, work environment, and so on.
