Abstract
Training is a vehicle for building the performance of Human Resources towards the era of globalization which is full of challenges. Therefore, training activities cannot be ignored, especially in entering an era of increasingly tight, sharp and tough competition in this century. Training and development of human resources is a must for organizations, because direct placement of employees in work does not guarantee that they will be successful, achieving a goal in an agency is closely related to the professionalism of employees who are able to be responsible for their work so that the goals of this are achieved.
assessing the 5 dimensions outlined in the 13 indicators the average respondent states that are good as many as 11 indicators with an average value of 51.34% and 2 indicators who say not good with an average value of 50.35%, then the results of the study Regarding employee performance, it can be seen that the answers of respondents who assessed the 4 dimensions described in 10 indicators mean that 9 respondents stated good with an average value of 46.77% and 1 indicator with an average value 47.4%
In aligning the needs and opportunities for employees, with employee career development, management must be more deeply involved in training programs so that employees can easily understand the importance of training held by related parties.
