Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs at PT Midix Graha Farma, Sukabumi City is that the fulfillment of production targets is still not maximal, this is mainly due to the factor of low work discipline, in addition to other factors that are not too significant to production results such as work motivation, work environment, leadership and etc.
As for the purpose of knowing the effect of work discipline on employee productivity at PT Midix Graha Farma Sukabumi City, this research method uses descriptive and associative methods. In this study using primary data using observation and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique used probability sampling. The number of samples in this study were 58 respondents. Based on the results of the discussion as well as the problems studied, there are 7 indicators of measuring Work Discipline (X), there is 1 indicator that is considered poor by the respondent where the respondent is in doubt with an average level of achievement of 63.8% while 6 indicators are considered good by the respondent. And Employee Productivity (Y) there is 1 indicator which states that they are in doubt with the achievement level of 36.2%, while 5 indicators are considered good by the respondent. The value of the relationship between Work Discipline (X) and Productivity (Y) is 0.792. This correlation value is between 0.70-1.00, meaning that the relationship between work discipline and productivity has a very strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination or R Square is 0.627, which means that the influence of work discipline on productivity is 62.7% and the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The regression equation Y=5,760+0,637X which means that if Work Discipline increases by 1 point then Productivity increases by 0.637 points, if Discipline increases 2 points, then Productivity increases by 2 x 0.637 which is 1.274 assuming the constant value is at 5,760. This research is not comprehensive, because it only looks at productivity in terms of presence and results approach, so in this case the employees of PT Midix Graha Farma Kota Sukabumi have been so good so far, this needs to be maintained and their achievement must be improved for the sustainability of the company towards a better direction. again.
