Abstract
Human resources, which in this case are employees in an organization, of course try to work with the abilities they have in order to achieve the desired performance of the organization. A sense of security and comfort in the work atmosphere can encourage employees to be more dedicated in completing work, and will help employees achieve better performance.
Based on the results of research on variable X, namely education and training, it is known that the answers of respondents who assess the 3 dimensions described in 10 indicators on average say 9 indicators are good and I indicator is not good. Furthermore, the results of the research on the Y variable, namely employee performance, it is known that the answers of respondents who assess the 5 dimensions described in 13 indicators, respondents stated that there were 12 indicators and those who stated that they were not good were I indicator.
From the results of the research above, it is evident that education and training have an influence on employee performance, in order to pay more attention to the employee performance appraisal process as much as possible, so that performance appraisal is not considered a policy that burdens employees.
