Abstract
Job satisfaction is a positive feeling about one's job which is the result of an evaluation of its characteristics. Performance is something that is achieved by someone in carrying out the work assigned to him. This study aims to see how the performance of employees when viewed from the influence of employee job satisfaction. This study observes the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in a manufacturing company. The results showed that job satisfaction has a close relationship with employee performance, furthermore motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This indicates that if job satisfaction is higher, then employee performance will also increase.
