Abstract

The increasing need for air quality monitoring in the global Jakarta University
pharmacy laboratory environment is becoming crucial in maintaining asafe and
healthy environment. So the author will design an EarlyWarning air quality system
tool using the MH-Z19 sensor component to detect CO gas, MQ-7 Sensor to detect
CO2 gas, the sensor input results will be received by the nodemcuesp8266 and the
buzzer will provide notification in the room when CO gas exceeds 1000ppm and CO2
exceeds 9 ppm, then the sensor data results will be displayed on the telegram
application and LCD so that lab users get information in real-time. So the
researcher will also measure RSSI on data transmission using the Arduino IDE
software, In the LOSS test results, the best node at node 3 was obtained with avalue
of -50.5 dBm. In the NLOSS test with a distance of 3 meters, the best node position was obtained at node 1 with a value of -50.4 dBm, in the test with a distanceof 6 meters, the best node position was obtained at node 3 with a value of -54.6 dBm, in the test with a distance of 9 meters, the best node position was obtained atnode 1
with a value of -74.3 dBm.
