This design is made by looking for references from journals, books and articles which are then made plans or tool descriptions that aim to plan what kind of tools will be made, the design is in the form of hardware in the form of input, process and output device connections, while the software is in the form of programs. Arduino as a system driver. If the design is complete the tool will be tested and analyzed. Based on the analysis of the tool, the system can control building lights using a Smartphone via the Blynk Application and is controlled by the building owner and can also lower the temperature if the temperature inside the building is more than 32 degrees Celsius, the ase of electrical energy is more save because when the futsal field is not in use or after every rental period, the lights in the building can be turned off easily with the Smartpone from the futsal field owner's house and the fan/fan does not always turn on because it follows the temperature sensor in the building
