Abstract
The PLC system on the Vertical Type Plastic Injection Molding Machine la design for an electrical automation and safety system with the help of sensors as electrical inputs and controlled using a Mitsubishi FX-20MR PLC control device used and equipped with additional sensors as inputs, such as limits, switch, and the PID-CX100 therme couple, and other additional devices used for the design of the PLC system on the injection molding machine, and this research is to analyze the temperature in the heater, where the system regulates the piston injection movement so that the movement is controlled se that the injection molding process becomes more efficient and abo ewid operational errors that can affect the condition and performance of the mochine which shu affect the results of the owling
From the experimental result above, it can be taken the results of setting the speciment which has near perfect even perfeests, sans in experiments no. 5 and 6, where the injection time in these experiments can be inured in the timer senings in the PLC program, for 15 second, Thur the results of the settings and for the milling prowest reeb
