At the Sutoyo Siswo Miharjo Building, TNI General cretariat, employees were provided with internet access, but due to the lack of good management, the internet was unstable. Apart from that, it is also suspected that several unknown outside parties are accessing the office internet so that the internet becomes slower. For this reason, hotspot management is needed so that bandwidth is distributed evenly and outside parties cannot access the hotspot of the General Secretariat office. The aim of this research is to overcome this problem so that the internet becomes more stable and only General Secretariat employees can access wifi. The
steps used to solve the problem at the Sutoyo Siswo Miharjo Building were by analyzing the device used as a hotspot, namely the Mikrotik router. The QOS parameters used include throughput, latency, packet loss, delay, jitter. Then
prepare the equipment needed for its implementation. After that, analyze the amount of bandwidth used. Then configure the proxy by adjusting the amount of bandwidth and users available. The test results from this research are that to be able to access the internet via office WiFi, the user must enter the account (username and password) that has been determined, so that outside parties who do not have this account cannot access the office WiFi. Each user is also given their own bandwidth limitation.
