Abstract

Population administration services that are less than satisfactory will result in reduced public awareness or even the birth of angry disappointment which leads to public complaints. This is a big challenge for the Surade regional population service, Sukabumi district, in building its image and performance in providing satisfactory services. Therefore, the regional population service in Sukabumi district needs to know and understand the behavior of the people who come, ask to be served, feel and evaluate the service in order to fulfill the interests, needs and satisfaction of the people served. Along with its development, there are often various complaints from the public regarding the decline in professionalism in the context of public services. Almost all government sectors or regions are characterized by a decline in the quality of public services, especially in the creation of population administration that is adjusted according to procedures. this is proven by the fact that there are still many problems regarding publick complaint about the slow processing of the apparatus themselves, such as procedurs that seem convuluted due to rigid bureaucracy, the behavior of individuals seeking profit, lack of hos[pitaslity which also effects the quality of service for the community. It is known that the result of the hypothesis test the effect of service quality on satisfaction obtained a t-count value of 8,361 with a significance level of 0,000<0,05 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and the t-count value = 8,361 > t-table=1,661, so the service quality variable has significant and positive influence on satisfaction
