Abstract

Three-phase induction motor is a branch of electric motor that converts electrical energy into kinetic energy in the form of rotation. Due to their many different uses, three-phase induction motors often encounter interferencephenomena that can damage the three-phase induction motor. If the induction motor breaks down, it needs to be repaired and costs a lot of money. If motor movement is not monitored
or controlled, the motor can move excessively and cause overheating or even fire. An induction motor is therefore needed, designed with a protection system to protect the motor from excessive motor movement.This research will focus on tracking the motion of a three-phase motor using voltage sensors, current sensors, and RPM sensors that can be monitored using the Blynk app on a smartphone. The purpose of this study is to monitor the motion of three-phase motors to facilitate analysis during three-phase motor repair. By comparing the accuracy measurement results of the current sensor with an error of 0.58% for the voltage sensor, an error of 1.08% for the current sensor and an error of 0.47% for the RPM sensor.
