concrete structure with a portal system and lateral load-bearing frame. For the structural frame consisting of columns, beams and plates that will support all the occupants' loads on it, the thickness of the plates is relatively small compared to the span area, so that the
plate stiffness is reduced. Therefore, a redesign was carried out using a diagonal grid structure that is effective for building conditions with a wide span, which can increase the stiffness of the slab. This planning uses SNI Earthquake 1726: 2019 (earthquake resistance planning procedures for building and non-building structures).
