Solar Cell Rooftop Off-Grid contributes to efforts to preserve the environment
and implement sustainable practices in villa housing. In the long term, Off-Grid
Rooftop Solar Cells can help the user to save on electricity costs.
In this study the research design used is a quantitative design type, where the data to be collected is in the form of calculating the number of lighting lamps
installed in the house so that it can be calculated using the kWh meter used, investment data on solar cell design and supporting equipment installed for power backup purposes. electricity, and data on technical specifications for solar cells for
household use and PLN electricity.
The designed battery must be able to serve the load for a specified time, using electrical energy generated by solar panels that have previously been stored in the battery. Energy units (in watthours) are converted to amperhours which correspond
to the battery capacity units.
