his study aims to determine the effect of incentives on employee productivity at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency. The design in this study uses descriptive research methods and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency, the sample used is 70 respondents obtained using census techniques or total sampling. To test the analysis in this study used instrument validity test, instrument reliability test, descriptive analysis, then performed statistical analysis tests for relationship analysis and influence used correlation analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, simple linear regression. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be seen that incentives have a positive effect on employee work productivity at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency. The magnitude of the contribution of the effect of incentives on employee productivity is 54.1%, while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by variables that are not examined outside of the incentive-giving variables such as leadership style, discipline, motivation, work morale, work experience, & athers.
