Abstract
The issue with the SME Global Techno service industry is that there are
gaps in the data before the customer's accounting is involved in the transaction.
Because it is difficult and time-consuming to look for manually typed data, the
service receipt transaction is now being fixed. Loss of data and damage. An
information system is created for electronic services such as computers, laptops,
and mobile phones. This system allows for the collecting of data, the delivery of
repairs, and the storage of payments in a clear, orderly, and, of course, secure
manner. in order to get around the challenge of finding the data that is being
rectified. The study's findings show that this system offers tools for data collecting
starting with submissions, repairs, and payments so that transactions may be
accurately and thoroughly recorded. With this system, it is anticipated that errors
would be minimized or reduced and that better service will be provided to the
business and the clients themselves.
